Blue Dart Express — pan card not delivered but returned to nsdl rtos (waybill no : [protected] ref. no : 074 - [protected])

Dear sir,
I have applied for pan card having pan no. Cpgpa8724n on 17.12.2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on jan 05 2018, i got the following message:

Courier pickup date:30 december 2017
From :firozabad
To : mumbai
Status shipment delivered
Date of delivery 01 january 2018
Time of delivery 11:35
Recipient co seal nsdl rto shpts
Waybill no : [protected] reference no : 074 - [protected]
I kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

I have applied for PAN card on 11 dec 2017 as i need to do some correction. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my PAN card. But when I checked my PAN Application Status got below message
