[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — parcel delivered to wrong person & wrong place even other state

My waybill no - [protected].
My an important document is delivered to wrong person in other state.
Even i called to customer care they your complaint resolved within 24 hrs but still i don't where is my that parcel.
They delivered my document on 25th december 2017 at diffrent location.
That document is my personal document how can blue dart delivered someone's important parcel in wrong address even in different state and also they have zip code on that address.
I asked to customer care to register a complaint but they said you will get a call from blue dart within 24 hrs, but still i didn't get any call from blue dart express.
I need it on time, because of this i have to wear huge amount of money.
Who will compensate it???
I need it very urgently, please deliver my document as soon as possible.
