Blue Dart Express — Pathetic service | |||||
The customer care does not respond. The tracking ID says checked out for delivery at 6:32pm on a Monday evening, I waited till midnight in my office still shipment not delivered. When I visit the customer service centre to retrieve, they say it's a bank parcel so it will be delivered to my office address only. And the parcel never comes. Am at a new city, my first job, and am on the verge of not getting my salary, thanks to BlueDart, because that is my salary account kit which they are fooling around with.
