Blue Dart Express — Pickup attempt not made (Wrong reason given of incomplete address)

Hi,

This is regarding the Waybill No : [protected].
I have been following with Blue dart from 1+ week now for the item/product pickup from my address but so far NO pickup attempt has been made by blue dart person. Moreover, the status/tracking on the website says 'Incomplete address'. But here I would like to say that the product was delivered to same address by Blue dart 10 days ago, so it is hard to believe that while picking up the item the address is incomplete and while delivering the same item Blue dart team didn't faced any issue.

Now from last 3 days, I have called the Blue dart customer service 3 times for scheduling the pickup & even I have re-provided them my pickup address, but still no pickup attempt was made. Customer service person (named Sannaya) even had no clue why pickup was not attempted.

I feel that Blue dart team has behaved in unprofessional manner and it seriously shows that Blue dart services are degraded and their brand name is getting rugged by their own employees, as they care least for their customers.

I request you to please look my case and help me with speedy resolution.
