"I returned two packages to Boat on December 16th, using the AWB numbers [protected] and [protected]. The packages were picked up on December 17th and have been sitting in the warehouse since then.
On December 22nd, one of the packages ([protected]) was delivered successfully, but the other one ([protected]) encountered a "wrong Pincode" error and was redirected to the same AWB.
Both packages were intended for the same delivery address, so I request that the package with the "wrong Pincode" error ([protected]) be delivered to the same address as the other package ([protected]).
