Blue Dart Express — poor service in siliguri | |||
The office in siliguri does not respond to phone calls. My consignment (No. [protected]) being an important homeo medicine arrived from kolkata on 12/05/2018. I was not informed about the arrival forget about the delivery even till 15/05/2018 i. E. Today. I made phone calls which went unattended. I had to send a person to collect the all necessary and important medicine. Such callous service is not expected from an important branch office of such a reputed courier, please remember siliguri is gateway to the north-east, bhutan, nepal and even bangladesh. I was available at my address throughout the day nobody came for the delivery of my package and now the tracking is showing consignee was not available instead.very disappointing . I need my package ASAP.
