[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — precious parcel misplaced and no response

I had purchased a mobile from oneplus authorised website
Order #m[protected]Placed on[protected]:16:03)
It was to be delivered by the bluedart courier on 14th august.
Then they informed that it will be delivered on 17th august 2020.
Bluedart courier - "[protected]"
On 17th morning i received the call that parcel is out for delivery.
On same day i was informed that parcel is misplaced and talk to the company.
How courier company can be so mismanaged. I want a strict action on it.
