Blue Dart Express — product from nykaa courier via blue dart | |||||
I refused to accept a courier coming from nykaa via blue dart with awb# [protected]. I returned the package on 6th of sept itself. So according to policy they should send the package back to nykaa warehouse. Neither they marked the courier unaccepted nor have they returned it. However on their site it is showing that the order is delivered.. Really bad on their part.. If the action is not taken i'm to file a complain. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i still didnt get my product yet it was said ti be delivered today now it is telling wait till 8.. the product was urgent there no contact number attached to ask to collect the product if they cant deliver.. the worst part it only shows out for delivery but no sign or customer service hate the service
