Blue Dart Express — product has not been delivered. fake service.

I have sent a courier to Malad, West, Pin code 400095. Mumbai from Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 5th March 2020. According to the tracking number, it is showing my product has been delivered today's morning 10:30am. And the shop opens at 11:00 am, how is it possible that it has been delivered on 10:30am. My product has not been delivered to the address given by me. Even i am unable to download the POD from the website. It is showing that no POD images found. That courier contains iPhone 7Plus 128GB. with its bill copy. It is costly. And i need to know the exact problem that why this happened so?
Solve this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching the consignment copy for your reference.
I am unable to talk to the customer care, its not reaching.
If it has not been resolved. I will register a case to the consumer court against your fake service.

Updated by Alimul Alam I had provided address of Malad West Mumbai. And tracking no. shows that the product has beed delivered to the joheswari. What's this? Even without proof of delivery. I have talked so many times to the shopkeeper regarding to this delivery. He is saying that we haven't got your parcel yet. He is asking me for the POD. And POD is not available on your website for this tracking no.
Deliver my product to the exact address given by me urgently. Otherwise i'll complaint a case file to the consumer court against your fake service.
