Blue Dart Express — product not delivered and wrong information sent to seller that i refused it. | |||
Hi, I had ordered a product from amazon in 28 th august under awb no [protected]. And almost everyday after a week i have been receiving messages that the parcel is out for delivery. However on 14 september finally i receive a message that i was not available to take the parcel. This was way too much because it is surely a white lie as no one ever tried to contact me or reach the delivery address. Further, it was also notified to the seller that i had refused the parcel and have asked for a refund. Much to my chagrin here after one month of placing the order, neither do i have the parcel nor a refund. Kindly help!! Extremely pathetic experience!! Was this information helpful? | |||
