Blue Dart Express — product not received but how product delivered??? | |||||
Dear sir /madam, On 4 the of september i got a sms regarding confirmation of delivered product which i ordered from shopclues. Thereafter, i did contact with shopclues customer care and they told me that, they ll sent me the proof of receiving. My question is that, i have not received what is delivered not even my family members have received it... I purchased by net banking so there is no question about c. O. D. My humble request is to bluedart to enquiry it as soon as possible..
