Waybill [protected] The parcel was supposed to delivered on[protected]. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text. Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive. I was told that my delivery is back in transit. However, no call or person came to deliver the package. The package are living plants and this delivery is really affecting the well being. Do not have a direct phone number to call. Please Help.

I was supposed to receive my package on 2 Sept but today it's 4 sep and i haven't received my package yet..
The reason showing is prohibited area but there is no restriction in my area for any delivery...

The same has happened to me, I live in individual house and no one rang bell, no calls and it says prohibited area entry restricted, @blue dart can you please resolve this issue?
My waybill no. Is [protected]. I was supposed to get a parcel on 13th of Dec 2022 around 6.00pm that is today, my area is open 24/7 I didn't receive any call from blue dart delivery guy. The tracking status is "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery" I called bluedart customer care 2 times on 13th dec 2022 on 3.00 p.m they said you can get your parcel before 6.00p.m. Please attend this issue and deliver my parcel on 14th dec 2022. The parcel contains a gift.

There is not way to contact Bluedart-DHL rajkot office or warehouse.
The toll free number on their website is not reachable or it says the number doesn't exist!
Also, looking at the number of complaints against bluedart-DHL their license should be cancelled and strict action should be taken against them for this irresponsible behavior.
I hope https://www.consumercomplaints.in will help me get my parcel back..
