Blue Dart Express — Recived a order from nykaa via blue dart - system issue

I received my order of rs 548 on 24th July 2025. I paid online infront of the delivery agent, at that time he said payment has been done. I also received SMS from my bank of the transaction. Later on the delivery agent called me and asked for the screenshot of the transaction in his personal number, I shared it with him without the transaction id due to security concern. But still he continued calling claiming payment has not been done. I then raised my concern to the customer service of nykaa and blue dart. The delivery agent texted me at night from his personal number asking for the screenshot, I said him that I have informed the customer service regarding this and I have sent them the necessary information. Still he continued to text me send it to me also and then started misbehaving. I don't except this kind of attitude from a delivery agent. I also received multiple otps till 11pm but at the time of delivery the agent did not collect the otp for me. Please look into this matter. As the payment has been already done and I have received confirmation from the bank. Please look what is wrong with your system why it is still showing delivery not done as payment was not ready at the time of delivery.
