I have made a order of ₹2595. Payment made by both gpay and paytm due to network issues and money got deducted later on with both gpay & paytm. The delivery guy said I’ll get my refund in 2-3 working days it’s my 5th day but have not received my refund.

I have paid my friend's order from Lenskar due to network issues payment was done twice. I asked the delivery boy for a refund and at the same time, he told me that the extra money will be refunded in a few days back to you. Now it's been over a month but I didn't my refund. Please look into it.
