Blue Dart Express — regarding courier not delivered | |||
Hi, i am dr amit sharma. My american express courier is due since 1 st of november. Its way bill no is [protected]. Being a surgeon i was in ot on 2nd november 5;20 pm. I told courier guy to deliver next day i, e 3 rd nov, between morning 10-11 am. I talked at ur customer service centre thrice. They gave me assurance that it will be delivered between 9 to 12 am today. Till now i hvn"t recieved my courier. From gurgaon to gaziabad blue dart is not able to deliver the courier., Really shameful on ur part. Do u ppl belong to stone age or what?
