Blue Dart Express — regarding delay in delivery | |||
Dear sir I had to receive my shipment through bluedart in nalagarh solan district of himachal pradesh... But till now i have no idea of the shipment... The concern persons are so irresponsible that they even not care to tell me from where i can get my shipment or where they can leave that shipment. I will file a legal case if my product get undeliverable or get back to the seller. The product has been reached nalagarh from 20th of september but still in october i am not able to receive it nor your company contact me... Your paytm order will be attempted by blue dart today. Consignment from Chennai to Vijayawada vide docket no [protected] 26thseptember is not delivered and reply by the staff is irresponsible. Kindly provide us the correct commitment date of delivery.
