Blue Dart Express — regarding irresponsible behavior and delay of article of waybill no : [protected] reference no : 027 - [protected]

Very sorry to inform you that, your customer service and article delivery time is worst. No one has given any satisfactory answer about my article. Your software is also not working my article has reached rishikesh transit on 29th of may 2018. But there is no movement still, no further information regarding this. Think take to much time. This is the worst service of bluedart i have used ever.
So, i request to you please sort out my problem as soon as possible
