Blue Dart Express — repeated delivery issues due to false reason given

This is to bring to your notice that the delivery executive has repeatedly refused to come up to the third floor, stating that there is a dog in the building. However, when we went down to collect the parcel, there was no dog present in the premises.

This has happened three times now, where we were asked to come downstairs for the same reason. Additionally, whenever we go down to collect the parcel, the delivery person is often not present at the location and is found somewhere else.

If deliveries cannot be made to our building, I would like to understand why our building’s address is being accepted for delivery in the first place. I request you to please look into this issue and ensure proper delivery service going forward.
