Blue Dart Express — Rude delivery agent

The delivery guy in Bangalore who delivered my order from Koovs.com with Bluedart awb # [protected] around 12:00 on 11th Feb, 2017 holding phone number [protected] at the time of delivery whose name, when I asked, is Siddharth (not sure of its true) was shouting at me to give the money fast as soon as he arrived saying the vehicle is waiting and complained about my cancelling a different order I had placed earlier since I was out of the country. His complaint was that he came for the delivery and I was not home. What happened is, in Koovs.com there is no option to cancel on the app once the order is in progress and the order is not the only thing I think about everyday so I did not cancel before and after leaving. It can happened to anyone once or twice which I think is normal. However, first of all, he has no right to tell me what I should cancel or not, it is upto me. Secondly, there is no point talking about an order cancelled two/three weeks ago. And shouting and telling me rudely that last time he had to cancel the order because I was not home is totally an unacceptable manner. I wouldn't have minded if he said it normally if not nicely but shouting like an uncivilized is beyond the limits. He had even cancelled this order since I was in a meeting at the office when he called to deliver the first time on Friday around 10am. But i called customer care to deliver again and so all this happened at the time of the delivery. I know that it is irritating when someone doesn't answer the call or is not home at the time of delivery but people cannot stay at home and stop working waiting for the delivery either. So he is not supposed to cancel it unless it exceeds the limit of delivery attempts. Having said all this, please train your delivery agents how to treat customers and have some common sense of talking. Please note that I am not implying this to all of the delivery agents you have.
