[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — shipment delivered but not received

Address: D16, 16th Main Road, Lakshmi Penthouse, Near Mico Layout Water Tank, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560068

I got update that the shipment was delivered to recipient deepak on 11 dec 2019 but it was never received. Shipment [protected].

The tracking status shows delivered but the location says hsr layout whereas my mailing address is gb palya.

The delivery time was around 8 pm and no notification was informed to me by the delivery agent.

I stay alone and when i checked with the security guards it was confirmed that the delivered was never made.
