[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — Shipment document Delivered to wrong person | |
Hi, I am Udal Kumar Bharti. I requested FINAL IT CERTIFICATE from ICICI BANK LIMITED. ICICI BANK has shipped the document through BLUE DART . My waybill is [protected] When i seen the the status in tracking it says shipment delivered to S.DAS which is a wrong person . I called in Blue Dart customer care and they said they are inquiring . but i am not getting proper response from them. Can you please kindly register a complaint on BLUE Dart for delivering shipment to wrong person . I need it very urgently, please deliver my document as soon as possible. They resolved this problem very quickly within 24 hours.
I hope in future they will be careful of delivery of shipment to right person
