Blue Dart Express — shipment is not delivered to my address and getting delay

Hello sir/madam,
I am facing very difficulty to receive my two shipments and wrongly updating the status every day after checking online.

Please ask them to deliver call and deliver, if i dont pick the phone again they need to call me and deliver. If they are not able to do this, its waste to use blue dart and need to give compliant to my bank to avoid your courier.
