Blue Dart Express — Shipment not received & misbehave to me

We have a shipment from pan card department it was a very urgent delivery, though after confirming our shipment your local customer care executive has told us that it will received on 09/02/2016 by my husband. I said to husband but husband denied for the same. I meet with husband your local franchise office & he said that your shipment has been delivered. Then i said him "please show my husband sign" but this request has ignore from your franchise person & misbehave to me .Still now we have not received our shipment.

Side.
Please look in to our matter and solve the problem as soon as possible because my pan card is important for me & my important work has pending due to pan card.
