Blue Dart Express — Shipment not received & misbehave to me | |||||
We have a shipment from pan card department it was a very urgent delivery, though after confirming our shipment your local customer care executive has told us that it will received on 09/02/2016 by my husband. I said to husband but husband denied for the same. I meet with husband your local franchise office & he said that your shipment has been delivered. Then i said him "please show my husband sign" but this request has ignore from your franchise person & misbehave to me .Still now we have not received our shipment. Shipment awb no-[protected] I m regret to inform this that such a bad service we are receiving from your Side. Please look in to our matter and solve the problem as soon as possible because my pan card is important for me & my important work has pending due to pan card. I[censored] not solve this problem then i will go to court so i request to u please solve this problem as soon as possible.
