Blue Dart Express — shipment redirected on same awb - dirty game

I order a product via blue dart...i want return that product

I ordered a product from paytm and it was shipped through bluedart with tracking no. [private info removed]. My address is Dr. Vasantrao pawar medical college, adgaon, nashik and the pin code i mentioned was 422207. Bluedart executive called me today and told that the pin code was wrong and so the parcel went to his office from where my address is not serviceable. He told me the correct pin code for my address is 422003. He also told me as per blue dart policy he will have to put wrong pin code and then the parcel will return to mumbai office and from there it will come again to correct pin code and will take a lot of time. At last i had to go and collect my parcel from your office 10km away. I saw the pin code on google and i have been ordering all my parcels to the same pin code from last 4 months from amazon flipkart myntra jabong and other shopping sites but never faced this problem with pin code. this is not the first time i have faced this problem. I also faced this when i was in pune from bluedart due to pincode issue. Its very sad that a company like bluedart has such bad policies. Even if there is some error in pin code there should be some simple solution to give product back to the office which serves the pincode area instead of giving parcel back to main office in mumbai. I saw the pin code on google and mentioned, plus i have never faced problems with other orders so far then why now? Bluedart office person showed me another pin code for my address on google and i showed him on google which i had mentioned. Then whose fault is it? Is it google??? staff showed me on a website and yes 422003 is correct pin code as bluedart staff mentioned but i could not get how 422207 is wrong as i saw it on google.as google shows me my pin code as 422207 i will definitly use this as my pin code. My place is exactly between both pin codes. I dont know why but how can bluedart policy be so pathetic? why can't the policies be changed so that if there is any error in pin code there should be some quick and easy solution. I liked the quickness in service by bluedart but its very sad to get the order issues due to minor error in pincode as this was not a big variation of places like about 50km away. Bluedart is pathetic. Dtdc is far far better.

The courier company DTDC has not delivered my parcel even after providing correct details. They dint even informed me about delivery they just returned my parcel to it orginal destination. My tracking number is:- C97471796. Also the site which from which i brought named www.honeynbeaute.com is not replying my messages. Please look into it.
