Blue Dart Express — Showing fake status in a update without attempting a delivery

I have ordered a product from a online platform. But still not received the product due to logistics (bluedart) they are not attempting to deliver even they are not calling me just they are updating fake status such that no consignment available at a given address without calling without attempting the delivery they are doing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible
