Blue Dart Express — status showing delivered but not received by customers | |||
Dear sir, Me sk. N. Haque a csc vle from kolkata-700018 (West bengal). The bluedart delivery person is not delivering the pan card to the door-set of the customers, whereas 'status" showing 'delivered. Sometimes the person is phoning the customers to come to a particular place of his own choice. The thing is, he is supposed to deliver the goods to the customers door-set, where anyone on behalf can receive the consignment in the absence. When your delivery person asking the customer to come to a particular point, he/she may not be in the range or could reach on time. Another thing came into my notice, that he is demanding rs.40/50 to the customers as a delivery charge. If it is mandatory then why doesn't he provide a bill for that. Delivery of product does not on time properly after shipment is received on time at courier .when we call for query answer is given by representative that their is no manpower so just wait for 4 to 5 days.and this happen many times ..at last we go to courier for receiving our packet.
