Respected sir/Madam, My parcel AWB No. [protected] is not delivered at my home and none of my family member received this item till now. One sms has come to me showing that your item delivered on 2.02.2021. I approached to your customer care for the same. This is not expected out of a reputed company like this. This will also tarnish the image of your reputed company. Please take necessary action and do the needful.
