Dear Blue Dart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding repeated issues and highly unprofessional conduct experienced during the delivery of my parcel bearing [Tracking Number :- [protected]].
During the delivery interaction, I requested the assigned delivery executive to reschedule the delivery, as I was unavailable at that particular time. However, instead of assisting with my request or providing a valid explanation, the delivery executive refused to reschedule the delivery and instructed me to cancel the shipment altogether.
When I calmly asked why rescheduling was not possible, the delivery executive responded in a arrogant, aggressive, disrespectful and unprofessional manner, using verbal slang language. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of customer service expected from a reputed courier service like Blue Dart.
In addition to this incident, I would like to bring to your attention that on the 25th December and 26th December, the same delivery executive did not attempt delivery at all. Despite no delivery attempt being made and no communication from the delivery executive, the shipment status was updated with false and misleading remarks stating: “Cnee Refused / ID-OTP Not Shared – Incorrect.”
I would like to clearly state that I did not refuse the delivery, and no request for ID or OTP was made to me on either of these dates. These incorrect updates are deeply concerning, as they misrepresent the facts and falsely place the responsibility on the consignee.
The repeated false delivery remarks, refusal to assist with rescheduling, and the use of inappropriate language indicate a serious lapse in service quality and professionalism. Such practices cause inconvenience, confusion, and loss of trust for customers.
I request Blue Dart to kindly investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate corrective and disciplinary action where necessary, and ensure that my parcel is delivered properly without further incorrect status updates. I also request assistance in rescheduling and completing the delivery at the earliest possible time.
