Blue Dart Express — tax invoice not issued on food parcels

We are receiving parcel from blue dart express ltd. On freight on delivery (Fod) basis but in spite of repeated complains and reminders the delivery boys are not issuing proper tax invoice at the time of delivery but instead they get the freight charges breakup in a plain white sheet (Attached photo) based on which they are demanding for payments and if we deny to make payments without proper tax invoice they do not deliver the parcel. We are into surgical goods and the materials are extremely important to us. Therefore request you to take take necessary action against them.
