Blue Dart Express — the courier service of bluedart in dombivali area has no professionalism

My passport is supposed to be delivered at my residence in dombivali area. We are working professionals, so there is a specific timeline during which we are home. I had raised a request at their customer care to deliver the passport in a specified time which was unheard. Still okay. Apparently, the courier guy comes, sees the closed door and goes back (Even though there is a sticker at the door which has a message). He called (Out of three visits) only once and said that he can't deliver the passport to someone else to which i requested him to deliver to my neighbor who carries an authority letter and my icard as mandated by the rules. He said that he will come the next day in a specified time and deliver it. Not only he didn't come and deliver, he is trying to now send the courier back to the origin. Pressed with time in which i have to travel in next some days, i need my passport deliver at the right time badly, but this guy doesn't seem to care or listen or follow anything which can be done. Hw wants people to leave their jobs and sit at home to collect passports even though there is an authority letter as a mandate given. I have faced similar situation earlier as well with bluedart in this area. Speaking to customer care doesn't do any good as they take up a request which they keep to themselves.
