Blue Dart Express — they do status update as prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery without contacting customer | |||
Today is 11th jan and from the last 3 days i am getting status update of my parcel on bluedart portal as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery". They are updating status without making any phone call to the customer. I didn't receive any call from the delivery boy that he is facing any issue in delivery, although status updates every day. I chased them on customer care but they provide a very generic solution that they are trying to deliver. They don't want to take it seriously. I posted a complaint on their portal but again from there i received very generic mail as "we regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have informed the concerned service centre to verify and get back accordingly." But i didn't receive call from any person. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not received my shippment yet and when i track shippment using tracking link on message then there is showing me that my adress is not trackable so shippment not delivered

My weybill no is [protected] My parcel ia not recive, very bad experience, our Aria courier boy is very bad they not deliver some parcel . plz help
