Blue Dart Express — Three products are missing from my courier

My docket no [protected] was booked from gurgaon on 6th june arrived in raipur on 12th june. There were two cartons. One of the cartons had a hole and because of that 3 products are missing. We had filed a complaint at raipur office to mr vidyasagar. No action has been taken till date.

Products missing costed us 1000rs
1/2 kilo jasmine rice
1kilo coconut milk
Lemon grass powder

Please refund us for the same

Pan card was booked wide waybill AWB[protected].was returned on the basis that blue Dart made call could not be connected. And reasons given no such address found. If anybody come to deliver no.this type of careless activities only loose trust on Blue Dart.
