Blue Dart Express — Toll free number

I made 8 calls from my mobile number [protected] to toll free number [protected] on 12/01/2017 in between 13.00 to 13.45. Call connected but no body is responding and call charges recovered from my balance. What is this? . 1)How calls charged to toll free number?
2) After call connected nobody is answering, why like this ?
