My courier doesnt deliverd on my address i have call 4-5 times in costomer care but they are not supporting me . And they do not even know where it is.and didnt get my parcel yet.they said my parcel is return back to bank .i want this urgently.they didnot even receiving my call .kindly please solve this Aeap

Its urgent!!!
The delivery boy in yeddumailaram telangana is not coming to take my courier...i have to urgently return my courier to amazon else the date of return will be over...is this the kind of service u offer???
