Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by Blue Dart and Off Duty. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them, I have been met with silence and inaction.

On [21Feb 2026], I placed a prepaid order with Off Duty, which was supposed to be delivered by the 26th. The payment was made, but the order hasn't been delivered till date. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to Off Duty and Blue Dart, but my queries have been ignored. Today, Off Duty claimed the order would be delivered, but I received no call from the delivery person.

As a young individual managing studies and part-time work, ₹1125 is a significant amount for me. The lack of communication and service from Blue Dart and Off Duty has caused immense inconvenience and distress. I have been a regular customer and I've been receiving all orders from another platform on the same address but blue dart claims that my address is unlocatable, and it's disheartening to see such negligence, especially when I've placed multiple orders.

To add to my woes, I opted for EMI payment for this order, with a due date tomorrow. Despite not receiving the order, I will still be required to make the EMI payment, which is adding to my financial stress. The uncertainty around return and refund procedures is further exacerbating the situation.

Their customer service is non-existent. Calls go unanswered, and emails are ignored. It's unacceptable that a logistics company can't even bother to update customers about their order status. I've lost trust in their services and demand immediate action.

I request:
1. Immediate delivery or cancellation and full refund of the order with interest.
2. An explanation and action against the staff responsible for this deficient service.
3. Compensation for mental distress caused.
4. Waive off the EMI payment or provide a clear refund process to avoid any further financial burden.

I have all documents (payment proof, order details, email trails) with me. I hope you will look into this matter urgently and take necessary actions against Blue Dart and Off Duty.
