My credit card delivery for waybill # [protected] from citibank was supposed to be done to my office as of 20th may 2019. Bluedart agent calls me and asks me to come to the collection zone at some location in my office campus, as apparently, he had too many deliveries to make. When i refused since the location of y delivery was supposed to be at my office, he said he would do it later in the day. This did not happen and the status for non-delivery indicated 'need department name/extension number'. This is totally false and incorrect behaviour, while the agent had reached out to me earlier in the day. I reached out to the customer service in the evening on the 20th and apprised them of the situation. They said that they would deliver the next day to the office.
I am still waiting for my delivery and hopefully should receive today.
However, this unethical practice needs to stop where customers are taken for granted Was this information helpful? |
