Blue Dart Express — urgent request for missed delivery rescheduling

Had booked a courier with Blue Dart on 29th May, which was supposed to be delivered by 4th June 2025. However, the shipment was not delivered on time, and upon checking the tracking status on Blue Dart’s official website, it falsely states: “Delivery rescheduled as per customer request” — which is completely incorrect, as I made no such request.

I have been consistently trying to contact Blue Dart’s customer care for the past two days, but there has been no proper response or support from their end. This has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

I request the forum to take cognizance of this issue and direct Blue Dart to:

Provide a valid explanation for the false status update

Immediately arrange the re-delivery of the shipment

Improve their customer service responsiveness
