[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — waybill no : [protected] - undelivered shipment held at location | |||
Hello team I am struggling to receive package with waybill no : [protected]. I was out of town on weekend, the shipment was returned with reason "delivery attempted-premises closed". As per automated message from bluedart, i selected the slot of 09:00 am to 12:00 pm for 31-jul-2018. But it seems it was still attempted to be delivered 30-jul-2018 13:09. Also i left written message on my door to call/contact me at my cell phone number [protected]. There was no call from delivery person. It seems delivery person is not coming to second floor and returning from ground floor itself. The telephone number [protected] never works. The current situation of shipment is "undelivered shipment held at location". Please advise where i can collect my shipment. It is very important document. Was this information helpful? | |||
