[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — worst experience | |
Very poor service my parcel should be delivered on 27/11/2017 due to i did not mention my house number properly they have sent my parcel to my residence again when i traced it is showing as wrong pincode so again delay in delivery keep on delaying hardly it take 10 working days unsatisfied better go with fedex or any other companies. They should have common sense to call customer if any query related to finding the address.. I got my card pincode which was delivered by bluedart person only but he made an effort to call me and spoke to me regarding the same with in 2 days i got the same then if one person able to call what is wrong with others. Nov 29, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved As soon as raised a complaint in consumercomplaint.in i got a mail from bluedart sorry for the inconvenience caused within half an hour i got a call from bluedart person for shipment has been delivered. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
