Awb no-[protected] The above is my waybill number You guys talk about door to door delivery and express and what express you guys talk about i dont understand. Bcoz my credit card has been arrived at your facility hub malakpet and it was out for delivery, i didn't recieve any call nor any message from your delivery boy and you guys updated the checkpoint as address not traceable, how it can be possible i dont understand and you guys dont give the sufficient training to your new guys i think so. If the address was not clear you guys would had call me but none of the steps were raken by your team i dont knw what is happening with my credit card in you locality if you guys cannot deliver it. I understand that there is some lapses in your service but dont worry i will pickup the credit card from your hub facility.. Hope you reply me on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and arrange the delivery asap.. You guys can see the details in below snapshot the lifecycle of my credit card...
