Blue Dart Express — wrong delivery of parcel

My parcel has been delivered to another person... Delivery status of parcel is showing delivered but i haven't received my parcel yet. I ordered kurti from selfie kurtis and they sent via blue dart courier and these courier has been wrongly delivered to another person and i haven't received any call from parcel recipient... Courier service is responsible and the delivery boy who without any query delivered to another person

Was told there is service at 403714. Now pick up person is saying not to take the pick up if there is no service.. why pick it up and then say no service

I had an corrier from icic bank through bule dart. But it was returned twice when I contact Blue dart they're saying that the address is incorrect so near by address is required.
