Blue Dart Express — Wrong Delivery status update

Hi,

I recently ordered an outfit from House of Masaba (needless to say it's an expensive pre-paid product) and it was supposed to be delivered through blue dart on Nov 22 (as per their tracking timeline.)
I didn't receive any product but at 11:33 pm at night, I received an SMS stating that the product is delivered to me (the messages said collected the parcel and now the tracking portal is showing it as delivered.

I have already dropped them an email and have called them multiple times but most of their phone numbers are invalid and the toll-free number is busy. I have been calling since 9:30 am since morning continuously but have not been able to connect with any customer care rep.

i had ordered the outfit for a specific occasion and basis the timelines had planned for the occasion and now I am left in a lurk because of the inefficient delivery system at blue dart.
