Blue Dart Express — wrong info being updated as premises closed

With respect to airway bill no. [protected], which are having my passport as valued documents, your branch is updating wrong information as premices closed and held the shipment at branch..
At both date and time being claimed for delivery on 04th and 06th nov. Our home was open and everyone was at home and still shipment has not been delivered.
I need this to get it on serios node and my passport delivery by today as tomorrow is my travelling date..
