Blue Dart Express — wrong phone number but address is correct

Blue dart is so unprofessional they wrongly update the status of my parcel as "no such consignee at given address" which totally wrong me and my family is living at current address from last 12 years but no one came to my home. When contacted they arrange the delivery for same again and again i can see same status it been 5 days i am follwing with them still i didnt get my card delivered. When i talked to their supervisor i came to knw they update wrong ph no. I give them my correct phone number which is [protected] but still itz not updated. Now i am tired of calling them again and again to update my phone number no one is listening to me and no one cares about u.. Idont know what to do how can i get my card delivered to my address.. Please help..
