Blue Dart Express — Wrong phone number & disturbance

Respected Sir/Madam,

Yesterday morning I have a message from your your message service that package no. [protected] Is deliver today, sir I think the mobile number in the mentioned package number (package) is wrong.
After that your message service send me another message to reject the package please use the refuse confirmation code but I can’t find how to do it. Please cancel it cause I don’t know whose package it is.
I mailed to your customer care for taking an action but nothing happened from today morning 2 to 3 numbers are call me and tell me they are from courrier service.
