Blue Dart — Extremely rude behaviour of delivery personnel of Blue Dart | |||
I placed an order for a sb cheque book from Axis Bank on 11.02.1016 at around 2:30 pm. A person from Blue Dart came on 15.02.2016 at around 7:03 pm. I was in the second floor of my house and it took me about a minute to reach the main door. Meanwhile he called my name for 2 or 3 times and I replied each and every time and asked him to wait. When I reached the door, he told me that he cannot just shout for somebody to come down and started suggesting me that I should install a door bell and that he would not make the delivery. He told me to collect my package from the mother branch(of Axis bank). Then he just left without specifying anything. Before leaving he even shouted his name(i.e Parimal Mondal) and his code number(P0565) and told me to do whatever I can, and that he doe not care. I was stunned at the behaviour shown by this delivery personnel and I would like to draw the attention of the authority of the company, so no one in future is harassed like me.
