Blue Dart — my product was not delivered | |||
Hi, my name is skrishna reddy. When i made the order on amazon at 01/11/2018. It's already paid, they send the product through the bluedart. It's been reached at 08/11/2018 at my nearest hub and yesterday (08/11/2018) at 03:19pm, my product was out for delivery. But it's still not delivered to me. When i check the track number again it shows your product will be delivered within 24 hours, they're updating the status like that. So when i reached to the courier location and asking my product, they told my product was out for delivery. It will be delivered your registered address like that. It's been 12 hours, but still not received. When i made the call to the customer care regarding to this, they simply told "your product will be delivered within 24 hours. Thank you" like that they end up the call. If i'm again made the call, other customer care representative told "u are already talked regarding to this issue, they clearly mentioned, if you need further information ask me like that", i don't know why the people are behaving such a rude manner. Even though they didn't apologize for late delivery. I'm unhappy with that courier. My product way bill number: [protected]. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
