Blue Dart — Product not received but in tracking it was shown as delivered

Not received product but shipment tracking of bludart seen completed

I have given my IELTS and British council sent TRF through Bluedart, it showing that it has been delivered to kalanaur which is not the correct address.

My TRF is extremely important for me and i need it very urgently.

I gave my ielts British council recently and the blue dart courier shows product delivered on 25th July but it is not delivered..my trf is very valuable ..pls deliver the product
