[Resolved] Blue Star India — 1 Ton Split AC brought on 23/03/2021 (Dombivli West - 421202) | |||
I brought a new 1 Ton split AC on 23/03/2021 & installed it on the same day by the technician send from the seller shop (Gemini Sales). Within 2 days of installation, it started blowing cool air along with water & even after some time the pouring was much that I have to shut down the unit. After raising a complaint to Blue star customer the technician visited 1st time & he found that there was a leak of gas as the small copper tube attached to the outdoor unit turned into ice in a couple of minutes of starting the ac unit. He asked me to contact the person who has done the installation & went away. After this, I have contacted the seller who assured me it just a small problem which will be solved in a day's time. Now almost 1 month gone still my problem not solved my ac unit is shut down for a month now. Even I raised 3 more complaints with customer service, my ticket got canceled automatically all the 3 times without addressing the same. Now I don't know where to go & what to do with this new unit which is lying dead for 1 month now. Please solve my both problem or replace them. Was this information helpful? | |||
