I have been facing leakage issue with the water purifier since its installation on Nov 14 2020. I have launched 7 complaints within 2 months. Every time the technician visits and makes temporary fix after which within 1 week it starts leaking again. I have asked for replacement multiple times but they are denying it every time. The regional manager is not doing his job properly. I am feeling helpless as they are not connecting me to the senior...

Installation people damaged out door...

3 kV ductal ac is still under warranty but Iconair Sytems Pvt limited Kashipur Uttrakhand is asking for Rs 5000.00There was problem with cooling....

This is union pharmacy we had purchase a/c from your company and one of the a/c compressor is not working . so i request you to send the concern person to repair the same as soon as possible.

Bought an Bluestar ac on 17th August 2020 from chawla electronics Faridabad. Started using it from 19th August 2020 and what i found it highly noisy (sound like mini genset).
Raised a complaint at blue star customer services on 19th august, this took 5 visits of the technician to come on a decision to replace it with a new one as the compressor was faulty. So after almost a month of follow-ups Bluestar replaced AC on 11th September...

On 26th augth 2020 from local vendor.

When we point the remote towards ac, none of the operations are detected by ac. I suspect remote was faulty

Though temperatures are getting changed on display of the remote. Those changes are not detected by ac.

Very low cooling and improper low flow rate in the 16 no. of 16.5 Tr Floor Mounted AC units at our factory premises, installed almost 3 years back. In spite of multiple complaints by us, the dealer and the manufacturer Blur Star which has designed our plant and installed the machines has not yet resolved the problem. Multiple complaints have been sent on mail but no response from the vendor Blue Star till date....

1. Bought an blue star ac on 11 january 2020 from vijay sales rohini and got it installed after two days or three.
