1 Ton Split AC brought on 23/03/2021 (Dombivli West - 421202)

Address: D/206, Ghansham Complex CHS, Shubash Road, Vishnu Nagar, Dombivili west, Thane-421202. Maharashtra.

I brought a new 1 Ton split AC on 23/03/2021 & installed it on the same day by the technician send from the seller shop (Gemini Sales). Within 2 days of installation, it started blowing cool air along with water & even after some time the pouring was much that I have to shut down the unit. After raising a complaint to Blue star customer the technician visited 1st time & he found that there was a leak of gas as the small copper tube attached...

Sir,
Above Window AC Sr No.[protected] was purchased by me Vide Bill No.
AWB[protected] Dt 27 Apr 2021.
The Installation Engineer having confirmed to come & install the AC, as per the given time On 27Apr 2021. Further on 28 Apr on bieng contacted he offered excuses to come at given time.
My old infirm parents suffered due to extreme heat conditions.
That, under the circumstances, I was forced to get it installed under my own arrangement.
That I request Blue Star India to refund me the Installation cost and pay an amount of Rs.10, 000 to compensate the difficulties my old mother had under go due to failure of timely Installation by Blue Star Engineer.

    Ac service complaint

    After sales service is very poor. I have book a ticket for split ac service 3 to 4 times but no response and not even a single call from service provider .Also Blue star executives does not having their service provider contact number.
    Worst service I have ever seen
    Truly Indian product and service
    Worst experience...

      Hi sir or mam

      We have a 1.0 ton air conditioner in blue star.We bought the air conditioner on 27th
      october 2019 at week we place a service.
      He told the air conditioner gas is leaking and he told to find the leaking place he will take the air conditioner to is office and it take rupees 5500 for solve the problem.
      The air conditioner is not passed 2 years why we should pay

        Bought a Blue Star Aristo water in September 2020. From 21st March 2021 it has developed a beeping problem with the buzzer of the product.

        Till now the technicians are unable to fix it to it's original state, and are trying to avoid the problem by mischief like:
        1. Removing the buzzer connection
        2. Replacing with a faulty buzzer
        3. Changing with the UV lamp
        4. Replacing the buzzer from a different water purifier model, which stops the buzzer altogether and changes the original behaviour

        The product is under warranty, but they are avoiding the problem, and failing to give the proper solution to it.

            Blue Star Inverter AC Installation and Service Issue

            Hi All,

            Sorry for including all of the Blue Star Team in this mail. Not sure who is accountable to this so have included all the id's from blue star Installation and service related escalation complaints.

            I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased Blue Star Inverter AC in June, 2019 from an authorized dealer ( Sharif) in Kavali, Nellore (d.t), AP.
            They have done the installation not sure they are from Blue Star or Dealer have sent. At the time of Installation the Stabilizer provided by the company burnt twice.
            Installation Team suggested changing the wiring and need to give connection directly from a single phase. With the help of electricians have made the wiring ready from Ground Floor to 5th Floor. Still another stabilizer burnt out which is provided from Blue Star. Distributor from Nellore suggested using v-guard stabilizers might fix the issue. The issue has been fixed after using v-guard stabilizer, not sure this issue happened due to poor quality stabilizer provided by the company or due to installation Team issue. After this no free servicings have been informed or done to the AC. In Feb 2021, the dealer called us that the Company providing the free service needed to give petrol charges for servicing. I confirmed to come for servicing, after the servicing had given 200/- for petrol charges they informed me that AC is working fine by switching on the AC. As we thought the AC working and there is no necessity to switch on the AC due to climatic conditions we have not verified it. In March when we switched on the AC, AC was not working. When we contacted the dealer on this, dealer have sent the servicing person he informed that there is a leakage near the bolt fixed in the external unit, when i asked dealer why there is a leakage near the bolt there might be issue with installation or ther servicing person might have made the mistake he is telling that there is no mistake from them the AC is out of warranty and need to bear the AC gas charges. I have called customer care. They have taken the request and they informed me that they will escalate and arrange a call back from the superior. Raised a Ticket S[protected]. The Service person called me, I explained the issue and updated on this. The people who came for servicing have informed me that the bolt is not fixed properly at the time of installation or they have done it in between and they are not sure. I have called customer care and Blue Star Customer care has escalated. They have escalated to Murthy who is senior. He informed me he will escalate to higher authorities, i had informed the servicing person is doing his job and asked him to speak with him. He informed that no issue he will escalate on this and do the needful. Servicing people have waited for more than 1Hour for the update, no update from the Team. I tried calling many times to customer care, after sometime murthy called me and provided Ravi Naidu number he will take care. He has not lifted the call. Servicing person needs the payment else he will remove the filled gas.
            I am not pointing out that the person came for service in the end, he is the person who fixed the issue and a nice guy. But he has no ID card from blue star and update he is working for 3 AC companies in parallel. Blue Star is one of them, how can the customer identify who is from Blue Star or who is from Dealer.
            The Dealer has not registered the details in the Blue Star. The Dealer has made a lot of installation issues. The dealer has sent the service person in out of warranty and has created the issue. As the details are not updated none of the service persons came for installation or for free servicing or for updates from blue star. How Blue Star is solving the issues done by dealers. Sorry as I am a little rude on the service person who has solved the issue, as he is expecting payment from me. I need to pay the amount. The issue which I escalated has not been acted i holded the payment. Not sure how BLUE STAR is allowing such kind of dealer. Have seen some consumer complaints against such dealerships. How come a company like Blue Star has not acted upon these consumer complaints and fixed them by giving their own dealership. The dealers are too commercial here and he is not acting as a bridge between the customer and blue company. He is making business out of this. I am not going to pay the amount to the person attentended my ticket as I am waxed with the kind of support from blue star and the dealer. Please take action against the dealer and address my issue by providing the service free fixing the issue. I don't like to suffer some technical person who fixed the issue. But I am reluctant to pay the amount as the company and dealer have created these issues. Please act on this at the earliest.

              I would not recommend anyone to buy BLUESTAR Room AC as I have been left running pillar to post to get my complaints resolved since 01//04/2021 that even within 10 days of purchasing my Split Inverter unit with following details:

              On date 21/03/2021.Since 1/4/2021 indoor unit is not cooling .
              Further 'what is the point if BLUESTAR Blue Star Limited ROOM AC s are prone to failures and are regular trouble creatures
              My request is to change the entire unit .

                The Blue Star Stella Water Purifier is a faulty overpriced product.
                Every 2 months it runs into a problem and a technician has to be called to rectify it and then charges a huge amount for service.
                Always runs into some problem or the other.

                  I bought bluestar AC from Amazon. The product was delivered to me on Friday morning and by afternoon I received a call from bluestar saying that the installation guy will reach me on Saturday. We waited until evening 6, no one turned up. Then we called back the lady who promised us installation by Saturday morning. After we spoke she said the person will visit us soon and will be installed by night and shared the contact details of that person. When we called the person he was out of station. We called back the lady and she assured the installation will happen at any cost tonight. So we weight until 7 and then called back to check the station, there was no response from her. We had to call back the person again, he said he will come as early as 6.30 am on Sunday. And on Sunday at 7.30 am when will called to check the status, there was no response. After sometime, he sends a voice message saying, will be there around 9 am. But until 10 there was no sign of him coming. And then we received a call from another guy asking if he can come. But then when we told the story about the other guy, he asked me to find out if the person was coming. Since there was no response from the other guy, I told if it's possible you please come and install. And then he says, as today is Sunday I can't do it today because the shops are closed and I can't buy any materials today so will do it tomorrow. After all this we wanted to talk to the lady who had promised us installation on Saturday, due to which we had cancelled all of plans, waiting for them to arrive, but all went in vain. Now she says we will do it on Monday. We cannot wait for Monday, as we are working. So when we said we don't want your product any more and wish to cancel, she said we will do it today itself.

                  This is a really bad experience with bluestar and the worst customer service ever.

                        As our water purifier is not working properly so we made a complent before a month, complaint id:[protected] and ticket no:B[protected]
                        And we regularly calling the customer care and service center but they are only telling lie as they will come but still there is non response from service center or any customer care

                          AC installation charges taken 975 instead of 750 also pipe taping charges 200.
                          I am Robin Goswami ordered 1.5 ton spilt Inverter AC with order no.OD[protected] through Flipkart.But after so many request to the installer about installation offer.He refuses and charged me 975 also 200 for taping.
                          This is unacceptable.why there is communication gap between brand and service center.Even service center owner is not ready to listen me.

                            Very upset by this pathetic service of bluestar company. We requested for the service of our AC today but the kind of people they have hired is very dis satisfying as they ppsses no knowledge or skills at all.

                            Two people visited us today highly unprofessional and literally ill mannered and spent 6 hours doing the service but the service couldn't get complete due to their negligence. Later the argued with my wife and and left the work in between. I honestly recommend not to buy any product from bluestar company as their customer service is pathetic. Product is not even worth looking at, makes sound and the customer care service and the service engineers are totally unprofessional.

                            Very upset.
                            One of my friend and a neighbour is also upset with their service.

                            Wont recommend this brand at all. Waste of money buying their products.

                              My name is Naresh kumar reddy Mule. I was holding PF account # MH/91819/4120 from Nov-13 to May-15 with Kandivali office and working with Blue star Infotec. I have not withdrawn the pf amount when I moved to another company.

                              When I am trying to transfer the amount to my current account it is saying “Details of the previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed”.

                              Can you please check and let me know what needs to be done to transfer the amount to my new account

                                We have purchased water purifier imperiya (RO+UV)product on 02.11.2019. From the day one i was not satisfied with the performance like water taste and everything. We have made lot of complaints against this issue with your service centre and there is no remedy we had sought during the free service. After over the free service we had raised the same complaint last week, your concerns were visited and asked us to change the membrane even after a year. We were very shocked and asked your concern to how early this issue were came?
                                He also agreed for that and informed we were put an approval for change the new one without any cost. But as of now there's no response from their end. We need the remedy for this to change the membrane without cost as well. Since I have been totally dissatisfied this product.

                                More are less the way of treating the customer is not at all satisfied in your customer service centre. That's need to be changed immediately.

                                So pls be understand and do the needful asap.

                                If the issue will not sort it out immediately we may seeking the help from court intervention.

                                I hereby enclosed the bill copy and model details for your further reference.

                                  I bought an bluestar AC on may 2020. There are two free service mentioned in warranty card. i have been trying to book free service via customer care. They were not ready to do for free now. I felt bad on their customer care service.

                                    So, I have purchased 2 Bluestar AC's for my shop located at Seawood, Navi Mumbai. The cost of both AC are Rs.1, 00, 000/- and i am doing complaint about this only after 1 month. And i have to say that the work of bluestar is done only after throwing products to customer. Once you buy product the responsibility of Bluestar is over.
                                    I am facing very major issue about the AC installation. the water is throwing out from my both AC's.
                                    After two days of my complaint to bluestar your engineer come and inform that they need to dig the hole on wall to make a go out way for water.
                                    So i just wanted to ask one question at the time of AC installation your executive is drunked or what ??
                                    He dont even know the installation process i guess?? Because if there is no drainage line how can you install AC?
